Panels
Build, post, edit, move and delete the button panels members use to open tickets.
A panel is a message with an embed and a button for each category on it. You can have as many panels as you like, for example one public panel and one for partners.
Creating and editing
/ticket-admin panel create slug:mainopens a form for the title, description, colour (hex, like#5865F2), footer and image URL (must start withhttps://)./ticket-admin panel edit panel:mainopens the same form, filled in. Saving updates the posted message straight away.
Choosing buttons
/ticket-admin panel addcategory panel:main category:supportadds a button. Addposition:1to put it first./ticket-admin panel removecategory panel:main category:supportremoves one.
A panel holds up to 25 buttons, five per row. Disabled categories are hidden until you enable them again.
Posting
/ticket-admin panel post panel:main channel:#support
- You need to be able to send messages in that channel yourself.
- The bot needs View Channel, Send Messages and Embed Links there.
- Posting a panel that is already posted somewhere moves it: the old message is deleted.
If someone deletes a posted panel by hand, the bot notices the next time it tries to update it and tells you to post it again.
Listing and deleting
/ticket-admin panel listshows every panel, its button count and where it is posted./ticket-admin panel delete panel:maindeletes the panel and its posted message.
