Settings
Every /ticket-admin settings option, with its default.
/ticket-admin settings with no options shows the current values. Add any options below to change them; you can change several at once.

archive | set in setup | Channel where transcripts are posted. |
category | set in setup | Discord category new ticket channels go in (a ticket category's own parent overrides it). |
overflow | none | A second Discord category to use when the first is full. Discord allows 50 channels per category. |
add-staff-role / remove-staff-role | set in setup | Staff roles for every ticket. |
max-open | 3 | Most tickets one person can have open at once, from 1 to 10. |
opener-close | on | Whether people can close their own tickets. |
dm-transcript | off | Whether the opener is sent a copy of the transcript when their ticket closes. |
inline-attachments | on | Whether images and small files are embedded in transcripts. |
max-messages | 5000 | Most messages a transcript keeps, from 100 to 20,000. The most recent are kept. |
budget-kb | 7500 | Size limit for a transcript file in KB, from 500 to 25,000. Raise it if your server's upload limit is higher than 8 MB. |
